The Winter Bell is obtained as a Special Grade drop from winter chests during the Winter 2025 event. These chests are only obtainable after defeating Santa. The Winter 2025 event is over, therefore this is no longer obtainable.

Alternatively, the Winter Bell can be bought from the Black Market for 100 Candy Canes.
