Binding Vows can be equipped to any of your ring slots. You can have up to two Binding Vows equipped at once, each vow applying various stat increases and effects. Some vows may even change how a move behaves.

Vow of Snow Grave can be obtained from the Exchange Event Battlepass at Tier 55.

Snow Grave

By chanting Cryokinesis: Ice Age, ascend into the sky unleashing a mass amount of icy-cold cursed energy. The intensity causes a snowstorm as you smite your opponent with a pillar of ice, freezing them for a very long duration afterwards. Ice Age has to be Chanted for this move to work.
