Binding Vows can be equipped to any of your ring slots. You can have up to two Binding Vows equipped at once, each vow applying various stat increases and effects. Some vows may even change how a move behaves.

Vow of Red Reflection can be obtained from the Exchange Event Battlepass at Tier 35 in the Premium track.
