How to Obtain:

The Rotten Chains can be obtained as a Special Grade drop from the Finger Bearer Boss Raid.

Alternatively, it can be crafted with 100 Cursed Fragments.

This item, for some reason, equips to your Head Accessory slot rather than your Hand Accessory slot.
