Health: +0 Strength: +0 Technique: +60 Effect: Heishou Snake (Blocking attacks grant stacks of “Snake Eyes”, stackable up to two. “Snake Eyes” will, upon random, make an attack crit. Crits add +2 base damage that bypass vent calculations. Once a crit occurs, one stack of “Snake Eyes” will be consumed.)
