Passive: Wet
Most of Hydrokinesis' moveset causes the wet status effect. Opponents afflicted by this will have water particles drenching them from head to toe. This causes your opponent to move slower and deal less damage.

Scaling: Technique Guard Break
Causes an AoE effect with water. Charging this move allows it to deal additional damage and will guard break your opponent. Causes wet status effect.

Water Jet
Scaling: Technique Guard Break
Fire a beam of water from your palm. Can be cancelled during use by holding Spacebar.

Piranha Swarm
Scaling: Technique
Holding down the keybind, summon a swarm of piranhas. Causes wet status effect. Aimed with your cursor.

Eel Bind
Scaling: Technique Guard Break
Kick your opponent upwards, summoning an eel to wrap around them. Opponents afflicted by this eel will be unable to move or evasive for a duration. If you guardbreak your opponent, they will not be affected by the eel. Causes wet status effect.

Death Swarm
Scaling: Technique Chantable
Summon a swarm of viscous fish. Causes wet status effect and additional bleed damage.

Domain Expansion: Horizon of the Captivating Skhanda
The ultimate technique. Catching another user in this Domain Expansion will transport you and them to a beach. If you use Death Swarm while in this domain, it will afflict everyone that is also trapped inside of the domain. All attacks apply the wet status effect as well. Heavenly Restriction users are unaffected by this. While this domain is active, also gain a boost to damage.
