Frost Sorcerer

The Frost Sorcerer NPC will allow you to unlock Fuga for the Demon Vessel innate technique. She will direct you through a questline in which you need to complete in order to unlock this special ability.

She can be located nearby Yuki Fortress standing in front of large icicles.

You must have the Demon Vessel innate technique equipped in order to pick up the questline.
