The Festive Hat could be obtained as a Special Grade drop from winter chests during the Winter 2025 event. These chests were only obtainable after defeating Santa. The Winter 2025 event is over, therefore this is no longer obtainable.
Alternatively, the Festive Hat could be bought from the Black Market with 45 Candy Canes.
