The Energy Horns Awakening is obtained with a Purified Curse Hand at a 70% chance of rolling it.
You can only have one Awakening at a time. Using another Purified Curse Hand will effectively reroll your Awakening and store your previous one with the Awakening Storage NPC.
This Awakening gives you an additional 20% focus increase against PVE mobs with your M1s and heavies.
The color of the Energy Horns is dependent on your Energy color
Energy Horns V2
Energy Horns V2 is obtained after completing the Awakening V2 quest for it. To initiate this quest, you must have Energy Horns equipped. Head over to the Exchange Event portal, navigate to the “Quests” tab, and then enter the “Awakening V2” menu. From here, you can click on the Energy Horns awakening quest and complete the assigned tasks.
After obtaining Energy Horns V2, you will retain all of the buffs from your V1 and will also gain a brand new moveset with a few passive abilities to go along with it. Show them why you are the master of mind and focus.

All of your attacks get a 3% increase in damage for every bar of focus you have.
Efficient Mind
Focus related attacks now cost half of what they normally do (80 second cooldown).

Using your cursed energy, rise up into the sky and conjure a bomb of mass destruction. The more focus bars you have, the more powerful this attack will be.
