Best Friend is fought at the Zen Forest and is a requirement to obtain Advanced Focus Training. He is a master with the Boogie Woogie innate technique and he will teach you the ways of Advanced Focus.

To initiate the fight, locate the Focus Trainer NPC and proceed with his questline.
